Offshore outsourcing may pose a challenge in terms of the quality of work.  Outsourcing in countries that are not well oriented with its market’s norms and culture might track a different path.  Choosing the right destination to outsource your back door tasks requires choosing the company that can jive well with your company and even your nationality’s norms.
